Role & responsibilities

Solid organizing and planning skills to oversee program deliverables
Solid priority setting and delegation skills

Leads end-to-end service delivery to meet contract specs and customer needs.
Builds strong client relationships, manages escalations, and identifies growth opportunities.
Coordinates technical teams, tracks performance, and drives continuous improvement
Exp in working in IT industry monitoring and managing IT infrastructure components.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
In-Depth Knowledge of Networker and its modules, Data Domain, DPA , VM backups, Data Domain, and Tape Libraries. Solid knowledge of backup and restore skills.
Knowledge on Networker, Avamar, Data Domain, DPA.
Experience with any scripting languages such as Perl /Shell/Python/Java, R etc.
Understanding of methodologies like ITIL,.
Also, client backup configuration requirements for backup agents.
Good knowledge in administration and creating reports on the reporting tools like Dell EMC DPA.
Backup software integration with most used applications in the industry (e.g. Backing up MS Exchange, SQL, Oracle, Lotus Notes, VMWare, DB2)
Understanding of Backup and recovery Concepts and troubleshooting
Candidate should have worked on Networker, Data Domain, DPA upgrades in production environment.
Knowledge on VERITAS NetBackup or Avamar will be good
ITIL v4 Foundation preferred
Flexible to work in shifts 24x7
Strong in OS Fundamentals Windows, Linux, VMware and others.
