Job description
Core Responsibilities:
- Exchange Online Management:Setting up and managing user mailboxes, distribution groups, public folders, and shared mailboxes.
- Office 365 Administration:Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.
- Troubleshooting:Diagnosing and resolving issues related to email, calendar, and other messaging services.
- Security Implementation:Implementing security measures such as threat protection, data loss prevention, and compliance policies.
- Migration and Upgrades:Planning and executing migrations to Office 365 and upgrades of messaging infrastructure.
- Collaboration Tools Support:Providing support for Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
- Documentation:Creating and maintaining documentation for configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Monitoring and Reporting:Monitoring system performance and generating reports on incidents and outages.
- Working with Teams:Collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online .
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration .
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues .
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools .
- Experience with PowerShell scripting .
- Understanding of security concepts and best practices for Office 365 .
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
