We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with 10-15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our database systems, ensuring their performance, security, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems to ensure their integrity, security, and availability.
- Monitoring database performance and optimizing queries to enhance efficiency.
- Backup and recovery planning to ensure data safety and integrity.
- Troubleshooting database issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in database administration, preferably with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with database design and normalization.
- Strong knowledge of database backup and recovery techniques.
- Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting database issues.
- Familiarity with cloud database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
