Provide technical support to resolve issues related to virtualization, clustering, and storage configuration on VMware platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions for complex IT problems involving VMware technologies. Develop documentation and training materials for internal use by the team. Job Requirements : 6–8 years of hands-on experience with VMware, Windows, and related virtualization technologies. Strong troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of vSphere environments. Experience with server hardware (preferably Cisco UCS) and Windows Server OS. Basic understanding of networking and storage systems. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
