Job Description You will lead and manage a global infrastructure operations team to ensure 99.99% availability across 80+ enterprise sites. Your responsibilities include overseeing the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of all IT infrastructure components, such as servers, storage, network, firewalls, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). It is crucial to drive operational excellence by implementing best practices (ITIL) and managing vendor and outsourcing relationships. You will also be in charge of continuous monitoring, incident response, backup, and disaster recovery for critical systems and managing infrastructure documentation, change management, and production control frameworks. Optimizing cloud operations for performance, cost-efficiency, and security compliance is a key aspect of your role.
