The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with systems administration, network management, and incident response. Key Responsibilities : - Monitor, maintain, and support servers, networks, and systems for optimal performance. - Manage and troubleshoot incidents related to hardware, software, and network systems. - Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning/testing. - Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets. - Implement security protocols and conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance. - Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business applications and services. - Create and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, system configurations, and support logs. - Manage vendors and service providers related to IT infrastructure. - Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and roll outs as needed. - Provide technical support to internal users across multiple locations (onsite and remote). - Maintain inventory of IT hardware assets and ensure proper lifecycle management. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of Windows/Linux/IOS servers, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and change management processes. - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Excellent knowledge in IT asset management & strong communication and documentation skills.
